Several minor fixes and tweaks: -
The first time a user runs autoping, ask them whether they'd like it to launch at login.
Remove some frequent system log messages which weren't really needed.
Remove an error dialog that popped up when disabling "Launch at login" if it had already been disabled.
Fix a rare issue where autoping could get stuck in a failed state until restarted on an unreliable connection.
